Installation Sequence for Rail Track Curtains

1.Clean and Prep Window Frame:Ensures strong adhesive bond on aged SUV plastics.

Wipe down the inner plastic window surround using isopropyl alcohol to eliminate wax, silicone interior polish, and dust accumulation.

2.Dry-Fit Rail Tracks:Verify top and bottom rail arch matches door trim.

Hold the upper and lower tracks against the door frame curve to verify placement, check end-cap clearance, and confirm glass travel clearance.

3.Mount Track Rails:Apply firm, even pressure along the track.

Peel the 3M tape backing, press the rails firmly against the window frame for 30 seconds per section, and allow 2 to 4 hours for adhesive bond to cure.

4.Insert Gliders & Lock End Caps:Prevents curtain runners from sliding out.

Thread the fabric curtain runners into the rail tracks, test the gliding motion, and snap the rubber stoppers onto both ends of the track.
